I was "Free To Go" (not being detained) and asking their badge numbers while NOT BEING DETAINED. He had no authority to ask for my ID nor the authority to threaten my housing for not complying. I live in housing for the elderly and disabled because I have mild autism (aspergers), ocd, tourettes, and other developmental and neurological issues. I was eventually under arrest for "failure to obey a lawful order" according to the cop. *EDIT* - Court has been rescheduled for the 30th of March. *EDIT 2* I am currently facing eviction, it looks as if this cop may have gotten into Rhonda's ear who broke into my room not a month later and went through my crap. That was how I met her. I will not go down without a fight, the systematic condescension and authoritarianism in this county must be stopped. *EDIT* Regardless of how much I disagree and despise them for what they have done to me I DO NOT CONDONE DEATH THREATS.
