A dramatic video from China of neighbours coming to the rescue of a six-year-old girl hanging from a second-floor window.

The clip, captured in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on August 17, shows the girl hanging out of the window while one neighbour holds her leg from the second-floor window ledge.

At this point another neighbour walks along the window ledge from which she is hanging and pulls her into the apartment.

According to local reports, the girl was locked in at home alone by her mother and may have tried to escape through the window to look for her.

The video, captured in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on August 17, shows a man standing on the edge of the window on the first floor using one hand to hold the girl hanging out of the window on the second floor.

While, another man walks into the house through the window edge and then carries the girl into it.

According to reports, the girl was locked at home alone by her mum, when she went out to work.

The kind-hearted neighbours only used ten minutes to rescue the girl together.
