Flooding in Exeter - River Exe swells to bursting once again.
More flooding to hit Exeter and surrounding area . . . This video contains footage from various sections of the River Exe after heavy rain fall. Locations include – Cowley Bridge Steps, Stoke Canon, Mill on the Exe Pub (Flowerpots Weir) and the Quayside in Exeter City. Check out the precautions in place on the train tracks adjacent to the Cowley Bridge Inn and also the amusing Environment Agency sign in flood stricken Stoke Canon giving a deadline of November 2012 for the completion of the flood defence improvements!
