【正文】 如此惊险的一幕发生在北园大街与南全福街路口，监控显示，事发前，一名骑电动车的男子正在低头看手表，当他抬起头来，发现前方有一辆自行车，紧接着，意外发生了。
事发后，自行车上的水桶被撞得洒落一地，而让人没想到的是，撞人男子竟然趁对方捡水桶的工夫，骑上电动车就跑，在逃跑的过程中，还将对方拖行了几十米,导致对方倒地受伤。
接到报案后警方立即开展调查，经过大量的走访，警方锁定肇事逃逸者张某，迫于压力张某随后投案自首。
