浙江嘉兴 男子骑电车玩手机追尾出租车
7月22日凌晨2点43分，刚满16周岁的小伙子某陆驾驶电动自行车沿着中山东路自东向西占据机动车道行驶，小陆不但没感觉占道行驶的危险还一直低头玩手机，行至禾兴南路口直挺挺地撞上正在等红灯的出租车。
事故造成两车损坏，电动自行车驾驶员小陆受伤。虽说凌晨路上车少人少，如此行车还是太过于任性，万一闯红灯出去了和行驶的车辆相撞后果将更加严重。
交警部门对小陆及其监护人提出批评教育，认定其承担事故全部责任。
