A dramatic video has emerged from China of a two-ton cement pipe dropping from a transport lorry injuring a scooter driver.

The footage, captured in Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province on October 31, shows a lorry transporting a huge cement pipe driving in wrong direction on road.

Since the lorry slows down when it drives near a scooter stopping on the side of the road, the cement pipe suddenly falls down onto the scooter driver.

Police called forklift to lift the pipe up and rescued the scooter driver.

Fortunately, she was not in danger.
