I live in a second floor unit directly above the Mission-Pacific Beach Boardwalk in San Diego I have lived here for nearly 20 years and see unusual happenings regularly. About eight years ago, I installed a total of five video cameras, four of which are viewable on my photography website: www.oceanfrontphotos.com. Many locals and vacationers visit the site to check the surf and weather conditions, or just to "spend some time at the beach."

The "dress" video was captured on my "South Boardwalk" cam. I was on my balcony BBQing some lunch when the whole thing occurred and I noted the time, so I could download and save the clip.
