Man jaywalking across road near intersection nearly gets hit by car.
I was driving home at night and was coming to a red light when A man appeared suddenly out of nowhere forcing me to brake quickly. He was not walking within the crosswalk. This is known as "Jaywalking" in the USA and is considered illegal.
