Seine river swells as France sees worst rains in 50 years
The swollen Seine has risen about four meters above the normal water level for the time of the year after weeks of rainfall.
The footage, captured on January 27, shows the river running extremely high.
According to reports, hundreds have been evacuated from their homes in the greater Paris region and several homes remain without electricity.
