Cute little bird eats birthday cake with enormous beak
This Great tit eating a birthday cake has an unusually large and deformed beak that bends upwards.
The bird was spotted in a garden in Nairn near Inverness.
The bird's beak is around several times longer than would otherwise be normal, but doesn't seem to be adversely affecting it.
The filmer writes: "I spotted this very unusual beak on a Great Tit bird in my garden, it was managing to eat my left over birthday cake with its unusually large bottom beak and very short top part of its beak. Very strange to watch but looks like its doing well."
