New Security Robot Patrols LaGuardia Airport
A robot has joined the security team at LaGuardia Airport. "B-3PO" began patrolling Terminal B in February of 2018.
The robot operates self-sufficiently and features cameras, sensors and microphones.
While some have been amused by the robot, others including passengers and staff are creeped out by the robot and feel that it is ogling them.
Currently the model is being tested out in Terminal B and it has not been stated whether the robot will become a permanent fixture at the airport.
