Helicopter drops water on fire outside Los Angeles

Fire authorities battled a blaze that had broken out in Simi Valley, about 30 miles from downtown Los Angeles, on June 27.

The brush fire, which burned near the Ronald Reagen Presidential Library, was reported at around 4:30 pm and was attended by more than 50 firefighters at the scene.

This footage, filmed by Jason White at around 5 pm, shows a helicopter dumping water on the flames. No official cause of the fire has been reported.
