A bizarre video has emerged of a teenager catching a fish in a suburban storm drain.

16-year-old Kyle Naegeli can be seen reeling in a largemouth bass from the drain outside his home in Katy, TX, USA earlier this month.

To catch the fish, Naegeli first baits a hook, which is then fed through a small gap in the manhole cover. A cork is then attached to the end of the line to hold it in place.

After leaving the line out overnight, Naegeli returns the next morning to discover his impressive catch.
