CCTV: Theft of Package (by our neighbours) :'(

We reported the theft to the police and gave a description of the incident.
The delivery company claimed the package was signed for at the door so refused a refund or to replace the goods, even though they had posted a card indicating it item was left between our bins.
The delivery company even produced a 'signed card' with a fake signature on it.
I made the video available to the vendor and they still refused my claim.
A dispute was raised with a third party (amazon) who accepted the video as sufficient evidence the package was stolen, ruling in our favour to force a refund.
We offered to support any criminal proceedings the delivery company or vendor would bring regarding the theft, however they were not interested. We presumed it was due to a successful insurance claim so not worth their time.
We didn't wish to force our own proceedings with the police due to the personal risk of prosecuting a neighbour who clearly watches our property and would know we work away from home for extended periods, making us vulnerable to retaliation.
