This is the horrifying moment a bouncy castle was blown upside down by powerful winds caused by Typhoon Mangkhut as children played on it.

Mobile phone video of the CCTV footage captured the incident in Changde City in southern Hunan Province on September 16 in which two children and one adult were injured.

It shows the large bouncy castle suddenly flipping over in the strong winds.

A man can be seen running to check on the situation immediately, followed by more passersby.

Two children had minor injuries and a woman suffered a seriously injured leg, reports said.

Eyewitness video shows an injured woman and blood on the ground.
