Apartment occupants in Whampoa Garden, Hong Kong peel the duct tape from their windows after Typhoon Mangkhut blows over.

The filmer opens the apartment window, and looks at the sea, realising the typhoon is over. The tape was to prevent the windows from blowing out.

After typhoon Mangkhut blow over, the apartment occupants in Whampoa Garden Hong Kong released duct tape attached to all glass windows.
