This man went to the doctors complaining of headaches and pain only to find a giant pimple growing deep in his ear canal.

Footage captured at a clinic in Hanoi, Vietnam, shows the inside of the 50-year-old patient's ear.

Filming on an endoscope, Dr Phuong pokes around inside the man's ear with a Q-tip, exposing the bulging white spot.

The doctor said that a pimple in such a location could prove to be dangerous due to the number of nerves located in the ear.

The patient was told to clean his ears in order to avoid a repeat incident.

The doctor removed the pimple with a endoscope device. The doctor said that the man needed clean ear to avoid recurrence.
