Man makes tricky journey through infamous Hardknott Pass in north England
Hardknott pass, Not the steepest, not the tightest, not the worst surface, it is definitely the most challenging road in the UK though as everything happens all at once so it's and not for the feint hearted!
It was built to service the Roman fort; Hardknott fort where around 1500 Roman soldiers lived.
My dad says "you can't say you can ride a bike until you ride Hardknott pass" and "if you can't handle your bike before, you will be able to handle it after riding Hardknott"
