Taser style weapon found on Chelmsford Street
A discarded taser or tazer style electric stun gun device, sometimes known as a cattle prod, was found by police hidden inside a bin on Chelmsford High Street, Chelmsford, Essex.
A 16 year old boy was later arrested nearby. The footage shows the power current running through two points on the device causing an electric arc powerful enough to deliver 50,000 volts to anyone unlucky enough to have been on the receiving end of it.
