Two people and a dog dice with death during 'Weather Bomb' storm
Two people were observed with their dog on top of Whitehaven Harbour (bottom right of the footage) in West Cumbria, during a severe storm which brought 100mph winds to the UK. While shooting the video, from behind a wall, standing still was extremely difficult.
One can only imagine the difficulty that these two idiots had keeping their footing. The handrails would give some protection, but they are old and rusty. The dog had no protection at all. One gust of wind, or a wave would be all that was needed to wash these two, and their dog away.
Cumbria Police had issued warnings for people to stay away from coastal areas.
