Outrageous video of man forcing a dog to walk on its front legs
Happened on Evesham Rd, Leicester, LE3 2BE. 19:04 (Dashcam clock is behind by an hour) Sunday 12th May 2019.
We were enroute home when we spotted a gorgeous Labrador, unfortunately it was being pulled by its back two legs.
A male in his late 20’s was making the dog walk down the road on its front two feet and pulling him at the same time.
It was very clear that the dog was distressed. It was disturbing to see. I hope the man who did this sees this video and acknowledges that this behaviour is totally unacceptable.
Unfortunately we were not on the correct side of the road to pull over and speak to him but I really hope someone did stop him.
