This is the moment a fed-up woman from England's West Midlands confronts her neighbour over "stealing" her garden ornaments and throwing them in the bin.

The annoyed woman challenged her elderly neighbour on her doorstep in Walsall on Tuesday (May 14) when she claimed that anything over her side of the boundary wall is "litter."

In a confrontation captured on mobile phone, the neighbour eventually says: "If you put it here it's going in the bin. I put it in the bin, I do admit it. If you put anything here it's going in the bin."

The filmer later told Newsflare: "This is the first time I’ve caught her on camera. Nobody ever believed me, they all thought I was a liar and crazy, they believed her. My daughter bought the CCTV for Mother’s Day to try and catch them.

"They [ornaments] were only decorative and can be purchased for a few pounds. Even so, I just feel she has no right to destroy them or take them."

The CCTV footage shows the elderly neighbour knocking over the ornaments and placing them on the filmer's doorstep.

"I have no idea what is going on in her head but she waited until I was out to do it," the filmer adds.

I moved here in 2004 with 3 young children.

I wasn’t aware of any previous issues with neighbours and I did ask.
Within weeks my garden flooded. I found out they had built a wall to stop the natural flow of rainwater and my garden had been fitted with pumps the seller didn’t tell me.

The pumps stop working it was heavy rainfall me as another neighbour was wading in deep water and resetting the fuse which kept tripping and we found the cable had been cut it’s a wonder we weren’t injured.

They decided to replace fencing with bricks and a police officer told me it was their boundary and I had to allow the workmen in my land to do the work for easier access.

A visit to my solicitor Mr Sedgwick of Burrell Jenkins Cannock and I was told it’s not their boundary; it’s a party wall - he looked at the deeds.

The put a beehive at the other side of the wall at the end of my garden. I get stung they swarm I’m petrified and can’t use my garden when they are smoking the bees.

The previous owners at my house built a small wall with the boundary so I have a couple of inches of property the other side of the wall - I need to to take down that wall and my steps but they built a step over the property line and refuse to move it.

The previous owners here built a kitchen extension and on their side they keep drilling into my wall hanging stuff off it and growing stuff up it. They had a solicitors letter about this.
They paid someone to remove my drainpipe and swap it - I caught them it was left in a dangerous position. Insurance had to come out as an emergency- they wanted a crime number but police would only give me an incident number as I caught them but it incurred costs and is wrong.

They have a chime clock that goes off every hour all through the night this has caused us all to lose sleep and was upsetting to the kids especially during exams so they all chose to live away from home for uni including my daughter who is a short train ride away at Birmingham.

I rescue animals and they have called the RSPCA out to take one of my cats who was already seeing a vet - a rescue who had issues with his back legs.

I dread leaving the house my name here is mud - my daughter bought the cctv for Mother’s Day to try and catch them. They wait till I’m out so I dread what I will find when I get home. I am not well and under the hospital for stress.

This is the first time I’ve caught her and I told her I had caught her on camera and it went quiet briefly but then she started again so blatant so I uploaded the videos on YouTube.

Nobody ever believed me they all though I was a liar and crazy they believed her.

I exist in a nightmare and a previous owner I knew from years ago said she moved across the road to get away from her she had seriously had enough.

But to sell I will lose money who wants to live next door to that????
I’m sure there is more too I forget a lot I think it’s the brain's way of not allowing you to be overloaded with bad.
