A woman has died after a fire ripped through a north London warehouse on May 15.

The blaze occurred near Neasden just off of the North Circular Road where 70 firefighters took nearly four hours to tackle the flames.

London firefighters discovered the body of the woman after searching the three-story derelict building.

The London Fire Brigade have said the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Footage shows a huge plume of thick dark smoke rising into the sky as police cars and firetrucks attend the scene.

It’s been confirmed a woman has died after a blaze ripped through a warehouse in north London during the early hours of this morning (15 May).

Scotland Yard says her body was discovered inside the building earlier.

Around 70 firefighters battled the flames in Neasden.

The cause of the fire isn’t known.

Emergency services are still at the scene tonight and police are asking anyone with information or who past the building overnight to contact them.
