This is the shocking moment a man took out a gun after his car was stopped at a toll booth and asked to pay taxes. The incident took place on May 15 along National Highway 8 in Gurugram city of India's northern Haryana state.

Visuals caught on camera showed the man being stopped at the tool booth as the boom barrier came down. The man stopped his car and came out of the vehicle along with another man. Visibly angry, he was seen holding a pistol in his hand. When he saw the boom barrier hadn't been lifted, the man forced opened the gate by moving it himself and ordered the driver to drive through.

Fortunately, no person was harmed.

Meanwhile, as news spread, an investigation has been initiated.

Police have identified the accused and is expected to nab them.

This is not the first untoward incident that has taken place at a toll booth in the state. In April, a patrol worker was dragged several miles on the bonnet of the car after he attempted to stop the vehicle.
