The two adults and two cygnets were waddling along the line when a train came up behind them but the birds refused to move the track.

Filmed on June 11, the video shows the birds being totally unfazed by the approaching train that was attempting to pass through Stowbridge in Norfolk.

The train travelling between Downham Market and Watlington was delayed for half an hour while the swans were chased back to the nearby River Great Ouse.
