A green-feathered caterpillar caught the attention of a tourist in Koh Rong, Cambodia during his trip to the island.

British holidaymaker Toby Pearson said that he saw the caterpillar wriggling as ants gathered around its body on December 29.

He said: "I've never seen anything like it. I moved it away from the ants but some were stuck in its hair."

The insect is actually a Common Baron Caterpillar native to Sri Lanka, India, and Southeast Asia.
