A 17-year-old girl in west India is famed for holding a world record for the longest hair on a teenager.

The girl, Nilanshi Patel, from Gujarat, had hair 190cm in length at last measurement by the Guinness World Record board in September 22, 2019.

Her record-setting hair, seen here being brushed on January 16, was grown over the last ten years and has given her the nickname the "Indian Rapunzel".
