YouTuber attempts to break Ben Stiller's record for World's Longest Selfie Stick
A now famous YouTuber has attempted to break Zoolander's (Ben Stiller's) record for the world's longest selfie stick, which the actor recently broke at the London premiere of Zoolander 2.
The video, filmed on February 18 in London, shows James Ware constructing the giant selfie stick with the help of a LOT of gaffer tape.
He then tries to find the perfect spot in London to take the selfie with the "world's longest selfie stick". Unfortunately, He gets kicked out of Trafalgar Square because it's too big.
He eventually finds the perfect spot and takes a picture and, although there was no Guinness World Records official present (this was unofficial), it seems like his selfie stick might have been bigger than Zoolander's.
James has starred in two viral videos in the last year, pretending to sneak into the premiere of James Bond film Spectre, and recently eating at every McDonalds in London in one day.
Speaking about this video, he later wrote online: "Here is my first ever ... World Record attempt in honour of London Fashion Week as I set out to break Ben Stiller's recent record for the world's longest selfie stick with a massive 8.56m at the Zoolander 2 premiere.
"Will it end in DIY disaster or a wealthy selfie?"
