A baby dolphin was rescued from a water miner and left into Ghaghra river in Barabanki's Saraiya village .
On 10th February around 11 am some villagers saw a baby dolphin in water miner ,in that miner it was very narrow with very less water .Villagers in large number gathered to watch dolphin ..Villagers informed district forest department about it
District forest officer of Barabnki NK Singh told that as soon as we got the information our team reached at spot and i constituted a team to rescue dolphin and leave it in Ghaghara river .
Officer told that it's a baby dolphin with around 5 feet inch long . It took team to 2 hours to reach and rescue the dolphin and left into the ghaghra river .
Officer said that at miner it was narrow and very less water ,so it could be life threatening for dolphin .
