Brave Magpies Face Off Against Falcon!
During lockdown wildlife photographer Ewan Wilson came across an urban wildlife 5 star attraction, The Peregrin Falcone. The Raptor was perched on a low tree branch which was perfect for getting close up footage. But the Falcon was not alone, she was being persuade by a group of magpies.
The magpies are much smaller and are prey to the falcon, so its a surprise that these birds re not fleeing. The magpies are very intelligent and they have realised that there best defence is a good offence. They chase away the potential predator and carry on with there day!
