This footage was filmed and produced on 22 June 2020. People of Portland, Oregon went out to the streets at 7 PM on June 22 to march in support of Kendra James. She was shot by Portland police on May 5, 2003 when the car she was riding in was pulled over. "Video was filmed near Jefferson High School in Portland, Oregon, at around 9:30. We had just learned about the killing of a 21 year old black woman named Kendra James. We sat down on the intersection she died on in 2003, we then marched and chanted her name down by the police station where the officers went after killing her. Afterwards we all kept chanting and marched back to the starting point, Jefferson High School", said Finn Chen, author of the video.
