Four people parked their car on a roadside and took pictures in the middle of the busy road in eastern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Qingdao in Shandong Province on September 3, shows four people posing for pictures among the vehicles on a busy road.

The vehicles were seen trying to change lanes to avoid them.

Police contacted the car owner after receiving the report. But the car owner said he lent his car to his friends.

Police fined both the car owner and his friends who took pictures on the road, reports said.

当下，很多年轻人不论拍写真照还是婚纱照，为了追求与众不同的效果，都是大开脑洞，可这求新应该有个度，要在安全且不影响他人的前提下进行。9月3日，崂山交警接到群众举报，一辆鲁M牌照车辆在青岛崂山区崂山路流清河路段停车拍摄写真，时间长达十几分钟，严重影响过往车辆通行。
这是崂山交警大队沙子口中队提供的监控视频。画面中，一行4人把车停放在崂山路流清河路段最边上的车道。其中，一对男女坐在路中央，摆出各种动作，另外两个人，一人负责拍照，一人蹲在车前。由于违停车辆和拍摄者占据了一个半车道，严重影响道路通行，过往车辆纷纷躲避，期间多辆大巴车不得不到借到对面车道行驶，现场险象环生。不过拍摄者不以为然，仍然不停更换拍照姿势，视安全于不顾。
接到群众举报后，交警马上通过电子监控对该车进行跟踪，发现该鲁M拍照车辆于8月29日、30日曾在青岛市崂山区活动，目前已离开青岛市。随后，崂山交警电话联系了车主，车主表示自己把车借给了朋友，并不是本人开车。
根据《山东省道路交通安全法实施条例》有关规定，行人不得在行车道内，坐卧、停留、嬉闹，机动车也不能随意停放于机动车道内，要依法顺向停放于停车泊位内。最终，交警部门对该车辆做出罚款100元，不计分的处罚，三位行人每人罚款20元。（视频由青岛台提供）
