US: Tropical Depression Sally Moves Into South Carolina With Strong Rain

Hurricane Sally was downgraded to a tropical depression on Thursday, September 17 morning, but the weakened storm continued to bring torrential rains over the southeastern U.S.

The National Weather Service issued Flood Warnings for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. And Tornado Watches have been issued for North Carolina, and South Carolina.
