NYC Snowstorm - Mass Transit Shutdown Announcement
As per the Mayors Office all mass transportation in the NYC metro area is shutting down at 2300 hrs.. This video was shot on January 26, 2015 at 1900m hours Eastern Time from the Bedford Park platform in The Bronx. All non-emergency vehicles as well are to be off the roads by 2300 hours.

Shot on January 26, 2015 between 1400-1800 Eastern Time - Approximately 5 inches has fallen before the massive blizzard hits later in the evening. Broadway shows have all gone dark because of the storm, otherwise the streets are usually jammed with cabs and buses and theater goers - all mass transit in NYC is being shutdown at 2300 hrs.. Also at 2300 hrs. all non-emergency vehicles are to be off the road as per the Mayors Office.Temperature is just under freezing at approximately 28-degrees Fahrenheit.
