Tropical storm Vamco, as known as Ulysses, had upgraded to a typhoon in the Philippines, and thousands have been ordered to evacuate in the east coast area. Typhoon Vamco is expected to make landfall on Wednesday evening.

Typhoon Vamco brings the wind that is up to 125 km per hour and gusts up to 155 kph. It would be the 21st tropical storm hitting the Philippines in 2020.
