A group of children appeared to be trying to take turns swimming in the middle of the yellow water flood.
Bobby, a local resident, said "this area has become a regular flood when the city of Padang is pouring rain, when the main road floods in Jondul Village are drowned by water that makes vehicles unable and the surrounding children take advantage of the moment to swim, play and sometimes surf"
