An Indian church got creative for Christmas and decked out their nativity scene with themes of natural disaster and COVID-19 warriors.

Video showed the making of the Christmas crib by members of the church in Bengaluru in Karnataka state, southern India.

A member from the church, Sunil, who was in charge of the making of the crib, stated: "We wanted tell people that so many things are happening in the world like, floods, earthquake, locust attack and many more things, along with the Nativity of Jesus Christ."

"The main message of the crib was to tell the people that there might be many warriors are difficult times and there is only one Saviour who can help us all," he added.
