Tiny baby Muntjac deer drinks milk from a bottle
A cute video has emerged of a tiny baby deer being bottle-fed in a playpen.
The footage, captured at a home in Bedford County, TN, US earlier this month, shows 4 week-old Muntjac deer 'Liddy Bug' making expectant squeaking noises before the bottle of milk is offered.
"Liddy Bug is now 4 weeks old! Her favourite new food she has tried is Banana Puffs for babies,” her owner later wrote online.
“She makes a squeaky toy noise when she is "talking" to us. Muntjac deer have scent glands close under their eyes, and I have noticed hers open the most when she smells her bottle coming. She is very curious and slowly checks everything out. She loves to sleep in her playpen."
