Youth climbs transmission tower over gambling disputes in central India
A man, identified as Satish Chadar, climbed on top of a high voltage tower over gambling disputes in central India's Madhya Pradesh on February 4.
The incident took place in the Talchiri village, located in the Sagar district.
Visuals witnessing the incident feature Satish stationed on top of the transmission tower. He clings onto the structure, several feet above the ground. The onlookers gather beneath to behold the experience. Meanwhile, the police officials reach the spot and convince Satish to descend.
Satish had lost some money while gambling, following which he mounted the transmission tower to express his agitation. He stayed on the structure for nearly two hours and threatened to jump down. The locals in the region alerted the police, who immediately swung into action. The officials reached the spot and convinced Satish to come down.
