Whilst evicting anti HS2 activists at Poor's Piece Wood today, HS2 at the same time started destroying trees in a part of the woodland that they have taken over. Tree grabbers were ripping trees out of the ground watched on by Thames Valley Police who were there to keep activists away. The hugely destructive High Speed Rail 2 link from London to Birmingham puts 108 ancient woodlands, 33 SSSIs and 693 wildlife sites at risk
