It was a rainy day down in the city, so me and my friend decided to escape the rain and go a bit higher in the mountains (Moietto, TN, Italy) where we knew it was snowing. What was the plan? No plan as always, we just took the skies and put them in his van, which had inside his motocross from a few days before and also his bike, everything still super dirty and muddy.
I’d like to point out that the ski slopes were and are still closed due to covid rules, so if we wanted to go skiing we had to work something out.
We parked the car in the first town we crossed, we proceeded to get everything out of the car, and after hesitating a bit on what the plan would be we decided the best idea was to drag me around the town on the skies with his motorbike.
It was my first experience on skies. At the beginning was quite scary, but I’m a sport guy, so I get used to new sports quite easily. Once we did some tests it was time to have fun. We went full speed around the roads for about 2 hours. People passing and cars were looking at us like we were crazy, but seeing the reactions was also the fun part.
Once it got dark we stopped to avoid risks. Because I think those kind of adventures have to be still using sone using some common sense.
If next year slopes are still gonna be closed we know exactly that to do ;)
