This is the incredibly sweet story of Sage, a rescue dog in Utah that was rescued when and finally learned the comfort of home in this clip from March 1.

"She came from New Mexico, she was feral," Cheryl, the filmer, tells Newsflare.

"I wasn't really a dog person and when I turned 30, I wanted a dog and I have Hinata, who I also rescued, as well as Haku. both of whom were were malnourished. We thought about it for about a week and then it was time!" said Cheryl to Newsflare.

Cheryl has really enjoyed her newfound viral fame.

"It's been so crazy, I had 51 followers and now it's over 250,000 views on that clip!" Cheryl tells Newsflare.
