this factory has three sections of work. flour milling, pressing and drying.
each section is done manually.
milling section propulsion rock mill is a brahman cow. the circular motion of the cow makes the mill stone grind the flour until it's perfect. here mixed flour and steamed cassava. these two ingredients must be well blended. no preservatives or other chemicals. and another one has to reach a certain level of density. it took 1.5 hours for the dough to be perfect
the level of dough density will affect the quality of the noodles.
the perfect density of the dough when it enters the press machine it will form into noodles that don't break or line. when pressed the noodles are immediately accommodated by a drying tray.
after that aerated for 1/2 hour. continue to the drying oven for 1-1.5 hours ... be Javanese noodles
all activities here without the noisy diesel. press machine using an electric motor. the oven uses a little firewood or rice husks.
