Dramatic footage has emerged from Boston Spa, Yorkshire, UK on Monday morning of a car burning following a 'cross-dressing armed robbery' on a Post Office.

Explosions can be heard continuing to come from the car as firefighters arrive.

According to local reports a gun was fired twice during the incident in the village post office. Two men dressed with wigs and clothes as women, one pushing the other in a wheelchair, demanded cash.

The car is believed to have been one of the getaway vehicles before being torched nearby. Police are appealing for information.
