Elderly man asks for help after his vehicle was dragged by truck for 5km in China
An elderly man asked for help after his vehicle was dragged for 5 kilometres by a truck in southern China.
In the video filmed in Mianyang, the elderly man's three-wheeler was hooked onto the truck after rear-ending it.
The old man was bleeding from his forehead and there was a little girl on the three-wheeler as well. He waved his hand to a car behind him and wanted the car driver to stop the truck since the truck driver was not aware.
The car driver then drove forward and tried to stop the truck together with other vehicles. Finally, after chasing the truck for 5 kilometres, they stopped the vehicle together.
Fortunately, the old man only suffered minor injuries and the girl in the vehicle was not hurt. The accident is still under investigation.
The video was filmed on May 9 and provided by local media.
