Ultra large container ship Ever Given still stuck in the Suez Canal
As sister ship Ever Globe sails from Felixstowe at 7am on 7 June 2021, container ship Ever Given is still at anchor in the Suez Canal, detained by the Egyptian authorities against their claim for nearly $1billion for her recovery from grounding in the Canal's southern section, which stopped traffic for a week.
