Acting on a tip-off, the Moti Nagar Police Station cops ambushed a white Renault Duster and recovered 215 kg (474 lbs) of silver ornaments valued at Rs. 1.45 crore (USD 1,97,793). Moreover, they arrested two traders, and the driver, identified Vimal Jain, Rahul Jain, and Rizwan Mohammad as no valid documents were found in their possession. Further interrogation revealed that they traveled all the way from Agra into Sagar to smuggle the items.
