Emergency services airlift injured person to hospital from cliff in Dorset, UK

Coastguards have rescued a person on the Dorset coast near Chesil Cove, Portland. The incident is believed to have started around 12noon.
At the hight of the rescue three ambulance vehicles, five coastguard vehicles and the Coastguard rescue helicopter from Lee-on-Solent were all involved.
A spokeswoman from Quiddles Cafe, said: "There are around five coastguard vehicles - and an air ambulance.​
A customer has come into the cafe and said someone has injured themselves on the cliff.​ The air ambulance is on scene, and has been for around two hours now."
It is locally believed that a person has injured themself on the cliff alongside Chesil Beach.
The casualty was flown by helicopter to a nearby landing strip and transferred to land ambulance before bringing taken to hospital.
