Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms has resulted in flash flooding across southeast Texas, with forecasters warning further downpours are coming. The National Weather Center issued a flash flood warning across the Coastal Bend and Victoria Crossroads on Thursday morning for the rest of the day, with numerous showers, heavy rain and thunderstorms expected to hit the area.
