A barber from the UK shows off some incredible transformations he's achieved by using hairpieces on balding clients.

"My favourite thing about fitting these systems is the fact that I can change somebody's life for the better as hair loss can affect your mental health," said Cameron Ruby from Northamptonshire.

"The best reaction I have had is when the client is speechless, you can just see the pure emotion in their eyes," he added.

The footage was filmed earlier this year.

 To learn the main part took me a fully day of intense training as I am a state registered senior barber I knew how to cut the hair into shape so I didn't need training in this aspect of the field only the measuring and fitting the system.
